8-1/2 x 5-1/2" White cardstock (Base card)

6 x 7 piece of white card stock

4 x 5-1/4" piece of texture olive green cardstock.

Burlap ribbon

Mini beads and glitter

Inks:  brown, butterscotch, terra-cotta

Instructions:

(Ink all edges of paper except white base card)

 Score and fold your 8-1/2 x 5-1/2" piece white card stock (this is your base card)

Center your 4 x 5-1/4" piece of green carstock over your card front.

Cut your card panel from Heartfelt Creations Classic Sunflower

Wrap burlap ribbon around. Center and glue to your card front.

Cut out your sentiment from the paper collection and set aside.

Using your 6 x 7" piece of white cardstock. Stamp classic sunflower using brown ink.

Die cut and ink your flower using butterscotch and terra cotta.

Shape and form flowers. Drop glue into center of flowers and sprinkle min beads for your centers.

Glue to your card.

Glue your sentiment down.

DEAR FRIEND CARD

ALWAYS AND FOREVER CARD

Easier than it looks. 15 minutes and it's done!

Materials:
Heartfelt Creations Celebrate the Journey paper collection
Black cardstock
Heartfelt Creations Die HCD727 Vintage Floret
Heartfelt Creations  HCPC 3500 - Open Vintage Floret Precut Set stamp
3" wide Lace
Bling on a Roll (rhinestone trim)
Ribbon
Cheesecloth
Ranger Espresso Ink.

Instructions:
1.  Cut a piece of 8-1/2 x 5-1/2" black cardstock.  Score
2.  Layer a 5-1/4 x 4" panel from Celebrate the journey paper collection on the card front.
3.  Cut a 4-1/2 x 5"wide  piece of Celebrate the journey paper.  Score every 1/4".  Fold back and forth like a fan. (this is your dress)
4.   Pinching fan at the waistline of the dress, wrap your lace around the waist and glue to hold it.
5.  Cut a thin piece of cheese cloth and glue down across top panel.
6.  Glue down your dress to the front panel.   Decorate it with a bow at the waist line.
7.  Die cut using the two smallest flowers:  3 of the smallest and 1 of the next size up. Stamp flowers and Ink edges and assemble.
8.  Place your rhinestone trim across the top of the dress and cut small individual pieces to decorate inside the flowers.
9.  Find the "Always and Forever" sentiment strip in your paper pad.  Cut out and ink edges.
10.  Glue sentiment down.  Glue your flowers down.

HEARTFELT CREATIONS PAPER COLLECTIONS USED IN MINI ALBUMS

EASY CHRISTMAS CARD

MATERIALS

·          8-1/2” x 5-1/2” piece of Dark Green cardstock

·         White Cardstock

·         Heartfelt Creations Festive Christmas paper collection

·         Dies:  Heartfelt Creations Arianna Lace HCD 747, Heartfelt Creations Tattered Blossoms HCD 722, Spellbinders Nestabilities S5-025 Labels Seventeen.

·         Ink:  Ranger “Lettuce”

·         Glue

Instructions:

·          Score a piece of 8-1/2 x 5-1/2” Dark Green Cardstock for your base card.

·         Cut a decorative panel from Heartfelt Creations Festive Christmas paper collection.  Center and Mount on front of your card.

·         Die Cut white cardstock using Spellbinders S5-025 Labels Seventeen using the largest frame. Center and mount on the front of your card.

·         Die cut a holiday panel using S5-025 labels Seventeen using the next size down from what you cut your white cardstock from.   Layer and center on card front.

·         From your Festive Christmas paper collection, cut out the sentiment “Wishing you joyous days, warm, cozy nights”.  Die cut using S5-025 labels seventeen using the 2-1/2” wide die plate. – Center and glue down on your holiday panel.

·         Find red Festive Christmas paper and Die cut using HCD 722 Tattered Blossoms – 2 of the smallest flowers and 3 of the next size.  Shape and Assemble. Set aside

·         On white cardstock, die cut using Arianna Lace HCD 747 the lacy bell shaped die.  Ink with Ranger “Lettuce”. Glue on the top portion of your card front and glue your flower partially over it.

·         Inside card:  Cut a 5-1/16 x 3-5/16” piece of white cardstock. Mount inside your card.

·         Cut the green sentiment panel “A Christmas Belssing…” from your Festive Christmas paper 4-7/8 x 3-3/4”.  Center and glue over your white cardstock.

EASY HOLIDAY SPIRIT TRAIN

MATERIALS

·          Heartfelt Creations Festive Christmas paper collection

·         Kaisercraft Beyond the Page “Train Tidy” kit

·         Black Craft paint

·         E6000 glue, hot glue, and paper glue

·         6 Gears (for tires)

·         Circular hole punch

·         Black cardstock

·         Candy

·         Misc. Embellishments such as burlap sack, Ribbon, trim, buttons

·         Dies:  Heartfelt Creations Arianna Lace HCD 747, Heartfelt Creations Tattered Blossoms HCD 722

·         Craft Knife

·         White cardstock

·         Ink:  Ranger “Lettuce”

·         Gold Glitter glue

Instructions:

·         Paint all edges of Train pieces with black Craft paint.

·         Using train parts as template, cut out 2 of each of the train pieces using your Heartfelt Creations Festive Christmas paper collection.

·         Glue the paper to the inside train piece panels first.  Using craft knife, cut out your assembly notches.  

·         Glue the rest of your paper to the train.

·         Assemble and glue train using E6000 glue.  Trim any notches to fit if necessary.

·         Using a circular punch, punch out 12 circles of black cardstock.  These are your train wheels. Glue to both sides of your train.

·         Glue your 6 gears to the front of the train wheels only and embellish the enter with buttons.

·         Die cut Festive Christmas paper using Heartfelt Creations Tattered Blossoms  HCD 722.  (Die cut and Form as many flowers as you want on your train)  Now Die Cut on White cardstock using HCD 747 Arianna Lace the 2 largest flowers.  Ink using Ranger “Lettuce”.  Glue to the bottom of the flowers you made.  Glue flower pieces to train. Use gold glitter glue to make your flowers stand out and be festive

·         Decorate Train with Festive Christmas Panels and Sentiments, mounting them on Black Cardstock.

·         Fill Train Cars with candy.

HOUSE OF CURIOSITIES

My house of curiosities is full of oddities and lively, offering a wide range of Tim Holtz embellishments and adornments.  I used Tim Holtz Wallflower paper, Ephemera pack, and several other adornments from others . It's got some junk -drawer items I rounded up and placed inside, finding the perfect home for those odds and ends you never know what to do with.

The House Shadowbox is Beyond the Page / Kaisercraft in which I stained, sealed, and assembled using E6000 adhesive.  This was a fun project.  Now it's on the wall in my home.  Visitors to my house see it when they come in the entry, and find something new they didn't see the first time they looked.  It's been a fun conversation piece, fun wall art, and hopefully I'll get the time to offer a tutorial on putting one together in the future.
